Isaac heads our acquisitions and project development efforts. He is a seasoned professional with over 2 decades of experience in the surgical field as a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) and a proven entrepreneur. His surgical career demanded precision, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure—skills that directly translate to overseeing complex operations, managing teams and ensuring consistency in execution. As a former business owner, Isaac developed hands-on expertise in leadership, logistics, and client service. In his role as COO he applied these strengths to streamline operations implement efficient systems, and drive performance across Fidelis Summit Capital Investments.
